How are you dealing with it? Because I'm nearing my breaking point.

Management in our area is as defeated and demoralized as us grunts. We never hear from them anymore and there is zero accountability. My group does just enough to stay off any possible radars and not much more. We stick around as for the little effort we give the pay is worth it. We really feel for the basement grunt areas that have to abide by the shackles and corporate babysitter that is the Work Flow Tool.
If you can just do the minimum and keep that check rolling in every two weeks.
