I left WF in February. I just got another job. Eight months. Reading this thread always makes me glad I no longer work at WF, even with the eight months of uncertainty. Good luck to all of you.

I was laid off in September and was able to land in a full time job in October.i have started job search earlier as I heard rumors about possible layoffs our team. Rest of the folks left in the team are actively searching for jobs.( technology)
@bm I have worked for both apex and teksystems. Both were great. Ill be looking for a contracting gig when I get to end of severance. Got let go tech wave 4.
@b2 4 years ago was a completely different job market though
Congrats and best wishes!!
Thanks to those of you who came back here to give your input on how long your job hunt lasted! Understandably, not many folks come back to this site once they land a new gig.
When I was displaced, it took months of me searching, applying, and recording who/what/where/when until I got in with a tech contract company. 6 months into a 1-yr contract I applied for a FT position and got it. When I am displaced (most likely by 4 Qtr next yr), I will go right back to a tech contract company like Apex or TekSystems.
4 years ago they laid me off. Found a job within 6 weeks. Before I left I upskilled: learned microservices, Cucumber, and a bunch of tech stuff courtesy of the bank's subscription with Pluralsight.
Congrats! It took me an entire year (I actually received my offer letter on the exact date WF chucked) - it is a brutal job market right now. Wishing all the others recently "displaced" the best of luck too. Thank God WF at least has an excellent severance package.
Doing what exactly OP?
Full time or contracting?
Congratulations!
It's ugly out there. Took me about 7 months. Lots of people from the time are still looking.
