Hearing that no one is safe! If you have a job you are not working OT, then someone will be let go! Be ready to take over and do at least 1-2 times more work if you still have a job.

It hasn’t been called “TTS” in years, this isn’t a current TM or anyone in the loop. Tech has already experienced cuts and attrition, not sure the deepest cuts will happen here this time.

IT has been functioning with the bare minimum resources available, and despite that, we’ve ensured systems remain stable and secure. The recent challenges are not a result of IT shortcomings but are linked to processes and decisions in other departments.
