They haven’t backfilled anyone in so long in our group we are wondering who’s going to be around to cut the lights off. Oh and the serve customers first thing, what a joke. You guys have gutted service and support, there is no one left. How’s that for serving customers first?
Why would there be backfills when metrics still show so many employees still working less than the minimum 40?
Let’s get rid of him and normalize not backfilling.
