Like it or not, a lot of work is done by HCL or TCS (maybe others]? What is the view as to if these will stay. because LEX has lots of employees in low-cost countries will work done by third party now just move to them?

Ha I know of some HCL function(s) that will be coming back into Xerox - sometimes the outsource just does not work....
You’re gone already. You just don’t know it yet. Complete toast. Why you would be working for Xerox after all this, is beyond me and is a truly bad decision. People just afraid to do anything, and scared of their own shadow.

HCL was just a way to get personnel off the books that were still needed by Xerox a few more months to a year before being canned in favor of staff taken on during the merger. They are already looking to eliminate the rebadged folks by early next year and many of them have already been made aware or let go already. Don’t believe the rah rah BS that you are still part of the Xerox team garbage. If you are now working for HCL you’re done whether you know it or not.
