That tired cliche isn’t true ANYWHERE.

Sounds like an HR, AI or a post by someone new that hasn’t been with T long enough to know any better and is still brainwashed!

Time will show them the truth.

If you were a TDP fresh out of college and did not know anything but still making $150k to accomplish nothing, you would kiss their taints too.

I just saw the post, looked like a team sponsored off site lunch. Must be nice. Looks like a good team to be on. I guess in their view it’s a great place to work, but that’s definitely not the norm. We got some doughnuts and bagels that some employees purchased out of their own pocket. Otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten anything. Always being told to cut cost, cut cost, cut costs, no budgets for anything, and then you see stuff like this. I guess some animals are more equal than others. I just have to say this isn’t the norm or standard here at all. No recognition, no advancement, no connection awards, nada.

Said lower level employee must be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome.

Just unbelievable. What world do these folks live in? That is definitely not my experience. Maybe 15 years ago it was like that, definitely not today. Employee survey says otherwise, fortune culture survey says otherwise.

They are probably in social media marketing and forced to post garbage like that. That is, if they are even a real person and not just an AI bot paid for by marketing. There are not many humans left on Linkedin.

Anyone that works here knows just how phony this is. I am actually embarrassed for this person. They somehow think this is going to help their career.
