Funny, I was on a meeting with some folks from Corp Comms today and they were very openly talking about this RIF while other leaders (VP Level) also present had no idea how widespread it was.
Great call on sending out the Su----e Prevention notice today too. Bang up job, as always.
why complain about communications they have nothing to do with who is selected for being laid off. Are they supposed to embarrass people by providing a list of names? Jesus Christ, have some decency. Do you think that department can do whatever it wants without approvals? You have no idea how things work
I'm so confused... gonna have to take the next 2 days off! No use in sitting around waiting for the HR axe to fall.... My Mental Heath is taking a beating.
