I saw someone say the CX group that got moved under Chris is untouched so far, but can anyone still at Oracle comment about the Right Now product folks? Wondering if they were protected or not.

@a6 Maybe the org was just less affected this time. Which is no solace for people who actually were.
I see minimum count change in Slack for cx_service_dev - am I looking to a wrong channel?
They were not "untouched": The former RT/CX org was (again) affected in this latest (sep/02) round of RIFs.
