Indian outsourcing companies who have benefited doing low value work are seeing their lunch eaten by AI. Most IDC teams have always done similar type of work. No wonder IDC is being impacted as well. Do not feel too secure in Pune.
@aw - You illustrate perfectly why so many Americans have a bad opinion of Indians.
@aw They also got dejobbed in India. And from what I have seen on glassdoor there are lots of complaints about "no hikes".
The decision is on you, the longer you stay there, the more anxiety you feel - that was my experience. Folks, there is a life beyond the O.
It will continue until you leave Oracle, either on your own accord or because you get axed.
