Off shore associates? Please share
@bm what are you saying, are they training SNP replacements off shore, who are these off shore associates being trained? What are they trying them for? Our replacements? Now you have me more worried than before.
Overtime is so they don't get behind or noncompliant on documentation. Gearing up for CMS audit in 2026. Once that is done and the off shore associates are trained, I'm sure the layoffs will begin.
Maybe they are getting you all caught up before layoffs, who knows. Ask yourself, what are you working on with OT? Is it past due needs or future needs? Can it wait, or just getting ahead of the game, Why are you really working OT is the question. Always be ready for anything.
@OP no. Just have your resume ready at all times They are hiring and training more people from the philipines, no one is safe at the moment
Not necessarily. However SNP tends to stay busy so they need all the nurses they can get.
