Personally, I probably wouldn’t look for another job — I might just sell everything, buy an RV, start a YouTube channel, and travel across the country.

I would write a long useless email about loyalty and team work, send it to myself, then lay myself off.

I would become an author and speaker. And get a job teaching at a University. But most CEO want power so they will look for a new gig as fast as they can. Look at what David Wallace did at Dunder Mifflin https://vimeo.com/352619424. D-mb at first but in the final season he bought Dunder Mifflin… it’s great to be rich.
