Don't forget to sign your paperwork and get it back to SWN. Make sure you DO NOT date the paperwork before the 22nd. It is hard to believe our two month "WARN act" period is coming to a close. Good luck everybody!

What are the options for the stockholders?

If a bid were put in to buy SWN, would the stock price increase? What would the stock do if SWN filed for bankruptcy? What's the best option to protect the stockholders? What would the stock do in a hostile takeover?

Looks like the next victim of low commodity prices is Ultra Petroleum. Despite the name it was predominately nat gas in Wyoming. I think it will be an ugly day for SWN after they file the K. They have given no guidance and usually that means a... — read more

FOUR WEEKS AGO!

The 1100 learned their fate. I hope you all are doing well? I am somewhat dismayed that the SVP's, the ones who caused this downward spiral, are still drawing a paycheck. The formula is dead, long live the formula!!!
