No backroom Raise
I saw there was a handful of posts on here stating that backroom was getting a raise soon. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. If there is, it won’t be for at least another year, if anything.
Work environment has changed dramatically
Its sad that you can't really criticize any body at work or let them know their opportunities in their departments because they may come back and do something crazy at the club you have to watch everything you say.
No Interviews
So why bother to post jobs if you are not going to interview people for the position? Our club just puts whoever they want into spots, with out giving others a chance. Our top manager is horrible and so are a few of the leads. They lie.
