Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

What makes them better?

I'm not saying that this is a rule here, but it often happens that employees are more skilled, more educated than their superiors. It's a shame. I am tired of seeing those who do not know the job coming to the position of telling people who are better than them how to actually do the work.
