I'm not saying that this is a rule here, but it often happens that employees are more skilled, more educated than their superiors. It's a shame. I am tired of seeing those who do not know the job coming to the position of telling people who are better than them how to actually do the work.

perhaps that's what they want. they're smart enough to not get into management.
