Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

How do you get along with coworkers?

I have never really been a confrontational person. At my previous job I had many coworkers with whom I built wonderful relationships, but I'm failing to do so here. I think this place just lacks some team spirit. I fail to fit in among the coworkers and it’s just a horrible feeling. Or could it be my fault after all?

just do what all of us do but don't admit it. play the game where you try to get them fired before they can get you fired game.

While I realize that I can't get along with everyone, there's such a negative vibe that runs through Sam's and Walmart stores. "Team spirit" is a thing of the past there and management and team leads are to blame. Employees start out with a great attitude and it's squashed by those evil people.

Personally I say don't try to fit in. I do not work at Sam's to make friends. I have plenty of friends outside of my job. I am very selective when it comes to talking with my fellow associates. Some are just gossips and bu-t kissers. I like to sit back and observe the zoo.
