PASS to trade stock

Hi does anyone know if you are in your non-working 60 days if you still have to use PASS to authorize stock trades. Don't see any links on Teamwork's at home around the PASS system. Thanks

I called the help line and they were clueless, and would not give me a yes or no answer. They did not seem to really know who to ask, do I eventually lost patience and ended the call.

@z1

diversify.

WFC is down 20% while other large banks are down far less and Citi is up 7%.

Don't have your job and your wealth tied up in one thing.

Don’t do anything that would jeopardize your severance.

Can still be fired for cause and save them all the money.

Don’t give them a freebie

Well, you no longer have access to email or shared drives. Can you even get into PASS? Who would the violation go to anyway?

If you had access to material non-public information that is still material and not-public... don't trade. PASS wont make it less illegaler. Otherwise I'd probably say pass on PASS.
