Today we have a townhall meeting that is 30 minutes long, every other townhall we have had was always one hour, I am kind of concerned, but I also know Centene has their earnings call February 6th and if that goes badly, I am positive we will see more layoffs.

@vd sounds like you’re under a bad leader. Please don’t let this experience sour your view of Centene. I am not a leader but I am a non-contract (permanent) employee who sees the value you bring, which dare I say outshines some of my own team mates who have over a decade under their belt. I have contractors who reach out to me often and I always help them because they are spotting and questioning things I’d expect my internal team to recognize but they just turn a blind eye.
Just know some of us truly do appreciate what you bring to the table ok?
I am very surprised that many ntt data folks who bearly work are kept for years while hardworking folks who works overtime and work beyond and anove gets no recognition and no ft conversations. Scrummasters change every 6 months and no proper guidelines for them and they never try to project contracors who work hard but try to save FT employees.managers do the same. Ft employees torture contractors. You feel like you are stuck. Lot of bullying and harassment people like me who works overtime hard and complete tasks before hand and comete work far before deadline. There is noone you can discuss your issues with. They just dont care. FT EMPLOYEES REALLY TORTURE CONTRACTORS INCLUDING MANAGERS AMD PRODUCT OWNERS.

@b1 it was a department town hall and luckily no one was let go, I guess we survived another month at least.
