Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

My 2 cents (not that anyone cares!)

6 years in S&T/legacy IT. What a mess, we are sc--wed. Mass Offshoring coming soon, especially with the new “role tagging exercise” that occurred a couple weeks ago, a “right sizing” will happen, leaving much more leaner US based teams.

S&T holds a lot of teams who just exist to make things more difficult, complex, or expensive on others--D Coogan's team being one as well.

@p9 Looking back over the past few months since G-ayatri left, I gotta say — putting her in that senior role was wild bad joke. The mess she left behind is still real. We wasted so much time and energy on her vague ideas that never went anywhere. And her whole VP gang still sittin’ around, draining the PEP budget like nothing ever happened.

Um, Ghost, if you think G was the decision maker on hires you don't know how things work. AK decides

If G-yatri’s DPA was the poster face of S&T then it is easy to assume the entire organization is rotten to its bones … sick toxic culture and waste of Pepsico resources in addition to some dodgy dealings under the table to bring onboard contractors from India

I can honestly attest that S&T is by far the worst professional organization I have ever been apart of. The people that gloat about the work being done there should feel embarrassed.

S&T has been a royal mess for years now, Gheyatri’s departure has not had much positive impact so far. Her poor legacy remains! To many of her senior appointees still remain here !
