You survive one round, you breathe a sigh of relief and think it's over. Then a few months later, another round happens. And another. Layoffs at Gainwell are like those horror monsters that keep coming back no matter how many times you think you've ki-led them. It's never really over.

@nx I thought they laid off the entire implementation team. VP and all! Did those jobs get off shored? Who is handling implementations? Are there any implementations?
I have not heard of any layoffs. I did hear they won't be doing any hiring.
DDIs and consultants are a huge money pit. You can’t just throw PMO and new headcount at a problem. The revolving door of takeover leadership is not an asset.
@ek They honestly could remove all employees that work on DDIs. No DDI had been successful to date. There are other ways to go about it. You would think that enough failure would help the organization learn that.
Heard more layoffs across the board as part of DDI compression initiative. Applies to all new work in the pipeline in FY27.
Yep. It is a monthly occurrence at Gainwell.
The best thing to do is leave. Get as far from Gainwell as possible.
which accounts are doing layoffs and when?
