@nt Merit pay increases should already be in the budget , so there is no reason to wait another day. Give it to me as you have the CEO 43 million already for what, declines in the stock price by 20+ %
@kf We've been fed bullsh-t that if we work harder - the pay review is coming next quarter. History shows us - next quarter never comes! They have to pay a premium to get new people to join and ignore all the warnings. Those people soon realise it was all true. And 18 months are also quiet quitters, or long gone. The company could shut me up, and get my attention tomorrow, for not that much more money - but it chooses not to, and seems quite happy nothing much gets done.

Used to be compare with market rate, then role, then how good you perform, now if you move a role.
None of these apply to the execs, they are paid more than market rate, the have never delivered and they dont change roles.
Stop giving us this billshit.

the company is rolling out another timesheet system so they need to hire new employees so they can test it properly. please make sure you fill in your timesheets on it when it launches.
Here's an idea. Set a fair value for the role and pay everyone equally. The problems we have disappear overnight. No secrecy, no resentment, no artificial compromises like not working Fridays. If the role justifies the salary, then the people who already have the knowledge and experience justify it too. If they don't - they should have been let go long ago!
We are hiring lot of SAP guys because, we are coming up with a new product similar to platform x in the sap space using AI that all finance functions will be automatically done.
Leadership has said that the reason they are making no money is because not enough people 😂🤣... I wish I was making this up. Latest people we just brought on making more than those here and by a lot. Telling people not to discuss the numbers as if that works.
