How are they hiring in HUMCS Now when they just let people who accepted the ERP go? Also, we have some teammates who accepted ERP that won't be "ABLE to GO" until end of March, 2026! They're all super upset, understandably!

Ageism. They want to get rid of the older nurses. Bring in younger nurses and pay them less. Their loss because they are losing years of knowledge and experience.
