@nd glad they are very responsive for you. Since Oct 31, they have completely disregarded a question I have about deductions from my vacation payout. I have sent 6 follow up emails and nothing! To anyone who has received a vacation payout make sure that benefits weren't deducted, because they are not supposed to be and if they were good luck getting them reimbursed.
If you’re curious about your severance payout date once you’ve signed and submitted the paperwork, email USPayrollExternal@chevron.com. Very responsive.
I didn't get severance but I guess still having a job is better than nothing
Got mine day after last day on payroll and signed. Check your email. After 7 day waiting, the next available cycle will process payout. Been hearing about delays, so we shall see.

@OP got my paperwork packet one day after termination date. No payout yet; said not for another 1-2 cycles.
