Rumor has it that Refining and Commercial ELT members are on their way out.
Lots of meetings taking place in commercial following the Q1 hole we dug for ourselves. Looks like Mandell will be the one to pay for it, with a “retirement.”

@1w5 fraud it is not, but incompetent it is. We are growing organically and it is led by a part time EVP and an SVP that is a PhD who has never set a foot on a trading floor until 3 years ago and who has never placed a trade. Guys at the trading houses grew up trading, learned the hard way, and live for trading and making real money. Phillips “traders” grew up keeping assets full. The sharks circle our trading floor and pick off easy dollars.
@1w5 Commercial lost us TONS of money this year by being over-leveraged on crude when Mango Mu--olini decided to have his funtime adventure in the middle east.
@1jm can you give some insights as to why people think P66 trading is a fraud? I thought Commercial was making a ton of money for the company this year.
The reputation of PSX trading outside the company is sh-t. Everyone knows we are a fraud.

I’m a little surprised that RH might be leaving. It seems Refining is doing pretty well.
He does have the wrong person in the Ops Manager role here in Borger but hey, nobody is perfect.
If MH moves to EVP who will run Commercial? Will it be KH? She has been waiting in the wings for a while. Thoughts on KH?
Yeah I heard about RH like almost a year ago now. Rumor was that the COO of Plains (Old LAR RM) would be coming back to take his role.
Doubt we'd make such a good choice though.
