If you are fired or reprimanded because of Pega Workforce Intelligence it is defiantly cause for class action.
In summary, Pega Workforce Intelligence is generally considered a legal tool for workplace surveillance when used on company property, but it raises significant ethical and privacy concerns when not implemented transparently.

@2kr And what a righteous, ethical, and moral company to break the policy at, right? I think they are still paying off fines for their less than ethical behavior in numerous states.

Apparently, the PEGA target goal is 80-100%. Under 80% means you’re not working or doing non-work related activities (YouTube, paying bills, online shopping). Over 100% means you’re working or the clock.

I just moved to a new team on Monday after my last team was dissolved and the new sup already messaged me on Wednesday saying a meeting was needed to discuss my PEGA score being 107%.

I guess being proactive by logging on early or using your lunch break to checking emails, organize/prioritize daily workloads, and staying abreast to policy/job aid updates are frowned upon!

its all hush hush, one day we were told thats its not a part of our metrics but when my manager shared her screen once, i saw a tab on her browser named “PEGA scores” so you tell me…. this is my last year here i think (if they dont get rid of me first), thank the Lord for a paid off home and car.

So when you say on company property you mean - Centene laptops and computers, right? So, all - even remote workers- are being monitored? To what end? I think it should be disclosed what it entails and what could warrant termination. I have never heard of this tool until now. Must be new or just let out of the bag that they have it and have been using it without the employee's knowledge.
