Why would you go back? This is crazy. Stockholm syndrome?
There’s a standard 3 month waiting period before you can reapply.
Target in general has a pretty flexible three month return policy, where you can be rehired back into a role you voluntarily left if the position is available and your manager wants you back. This is just saying that policy isn't going to apply for people who were part of the layoffs.
@OP My group was just told we had to wait 3 months to reapply.
From what I’ve heard, that’s pretty common when you accept severance.
