My contact center position got eliminated at the end of last year and I’m wondering if any of the other leadership positions were eliminated as well?

I heard Lunken was pretty much eliminated - not sure if that helps. Maybe offshoring?
Can a person volunteer to take severance?

Lots of leaders in risk, most of whom were worthless empty suits.
The heads of CMS and FDI/DDI were eliminated and merged under another senior leader.
