It's really hard to feel settled at Gainwell anymore. Nobody talks about long term plans like they used to. It's all about how we'll make it to the next month. It's exhausting, to be honest.

@1h4 Am I missing something?
@1f8 I agree 100%. A bunch of people that refuse to see reality.
@189 It seems that those people that hitched their wagon to Gainwell are having a hard time admitting that they messed up and made a bad decision. Then when people come on here and point that out they sure get defensive.
There is absolutely no reason to be working at Gainwell unless you are about to retire. There is no positive argument to be at Gainwell.
@189 You don’t really think they are going to tell you do you?
Why p-o p-o on their success?
@180 That's awesome! Who hired you and for what position?
I used to work for Gainwell. But it didn’t take me long to realize that they are not a good place to be. They are an unethical company that operates illegally in lots of ways. I chose to leave before the place implodes. I left somewhat recently. I didn’t find the job market to be that difficult.
I wish you all the best of luck in getting out of a bad situation by leaving Gainwell Technologies. You will be so glad that you did.
@yy Gee, I dont know...job market is sh*t, I actually have bills.
Good reasons to stay?
You people are lying to yourselves.
Making it to the next month? The push now is for the next week. Fiscal year end is bringing he-l on earth.
Good question - ppl who got laid off should move on. Those going thru’ everyday h-ll to pay their bills and take care of their family needs know the “good reasons” to stay until getting laid off.
@kc Hahaha
@jh Not interested in giving reasons to a troll. What were your reasons before they laid you off?
@j8 I’m not the one that asked what the reasons are. But really what are these reasons? If you can’t articulate something that is actually quantifiable then you really don’t have a reason. Or maybe you don’t want to admit why. Maybe it’s for nefarious reasons.
@ft You can't comprehend them.
@d4 What are these reasons?
@cy We get it ... you got laid off and are butt hurt. But dude you need to move on.
There's plenty of good reasons that GOOD people stay at Gainwell. No one is DEFENDING GW. Some of us just see reality.
But if you decide to keep going with your rants do let us know when something actually happens with your doom and gloom predictions. Until then it's all just strongly worded letters.
It really is amazing that people stay working for Gainwell. Everyone knows how bad it is. Yet you find those that defend it. They blame the states for Gainwell stealing from them and botching their work and sending their data overseas. It’s simply amazing that the employees defend that behavior of the unethical and law breaking company that Gainwell is. Gainwell would fire everyone and replace them with cheaper labor in a heartbeat. There is absolutely zero reason to stay working there. And it is a matter of time before they implode. Saying they are a dumpster fire is an understatement. It is so much worse.
I was encouraged by the first year, but after that it went downhill fast. There was an exorbitant amount of internal politics between the accounts and shared services as well as sales and delivery. There was also a whole lot of competition between execs from former competitor companies who became Gainwell.
It was off the chain... NO common direction whatsoever. No wonder its become the dumpster fire that it now is.
The whole lot is nothing but a pure motivation ki-ler. It doesn't matter how positive you are at the beginning of the day. Management and co-workers alike will ki-l it as if their spidey-sense alerts them to any positive energy.
But hey, whatever helps them sleep at night and feel better about themselves.
