Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Which teams might be most at risk?

I’ve been hearing all kinds of rumors, some of them pretty outlandish. I can’t figure out what, if anything, might be true.

@fq This is accurate. Those teams will slowly be moved offshore to GCC locations. It will not be all at once but its decided.

@e9 Yep. PepsiCo continues to pay taxes that fund Putin's mu---r machine.

Profits über alles.

yet with all the changes, layoffs, Pepsico continues still to employee people in fascist Russia with no intention to really withdraw from that market and shut down operations there. I wonder if current management would find it suitable to sell PEP products in Auschwitz and Na-i German, had they run the company back in 1940s.
So American jobs are being reduced and outsourced to low cost locations, but jobs in fascist Russia have remained.

@da one can only hope that the remaining DPA ´leadership´ brought in by infamous G/-ayatri N. will finally be transitioned out.
Long overdue!
Many of those appointments were viewed as misaligned with the organization’s needs - and, according to several internal assessments, complaints and remarks, contributing to the S&T challenges that undermined our strategy in the last 3 years. Some of the VP individuals still in place continue to raise significant concerns about their conduct - or more frankly - are truly appalling.

No one is ever completely safe unless you’re the one making the cuts. We will all have it figured out in 2 or 3 weeks.

Let´s see in the next round of S&T layoffs if Athina has learned lessons from her poor G/ayatri experience in S&T. There is still to much questionable leaders in S&T , costly and ineffective in driving transformation forward, some of them still not based in any of the hubs like Purchase, Plano or Chicago!
