Thread regarding Optum layoffs

There has to be an end date

We can't go on like this forever. There has to be an end to layoffs. Are we supposed to stress over potentially losing our jobs for the rest of our working days?

The layoffs will continue for as long as there are onshore workers who can be replaced by AI technology or cheaper offshore employees.

I feel better after being let go in the layoffs. The process is painful but I don't live in constant fear of my job being cut. Good luck to those impacted or potentially impacted. The market is not great, but there are better companies out there.
