@fh Adapt will be closing down in August. Its so sad how bad the leaders failed that building.
Sadly I agree. The management has had 6 years to get Adapt running correctly but it has never been a priority.
@b2 Exactly. Adapt will be shut down in the next 2-3 years I bet. That facility has been poorly ran since its inception and has bled money for the company.
It was obvious. NALC is a bloated nightmare. The new RSC model is being hyper adapted. Connect won't even be around soon... Relay was the flare that triggered it all. DHL kicked our butts. And now it's coming home.
it seems we are in an age of cut the bloat, middle managers, directors, workers, all levels, if they are not 110% productive, they are gone....this is not a nke only thing...all companies

Yep- we are shaking in our boots. Scary times but our DC’s have multiple layers of management and shifts that are not productive.
