Any update? Can’t see this happening before Christmas now with the amount of people taking PTO
@fd there isn't going to be a bonus this year. No chance...
@fd Even if they let go of remote employees now they may be able to pay for the fiscal year. Paying that is peanuts compared to the savings of having people around till March.
@fd I believe bonus is locked with employment through 2/2. I also heard those affected by the August round will receive a partial/pro-rated bonus payout.
Bonus payout is march. When do we have to be employed by to qualify for it? Also how does that work if we make the cut off but canned before payout
Do you think it’ll be all remote, half of remote, what are your thoughts? They're still so short staffed and a lot of big projects are starting up in 2026
When this happens, I'd like to ask if this includes all the offshore buyers they've hired.
Very likely after Jan 6 when the RTO mandate kicks in.
