For another three years or so. They're not spending millions of dollars on a campus to have no one there. I guarantee when its done, every gets the tap to relocate. Its not being built for 10% of the workforce.

St. Louis office will be closing. Managers have been offered relocation offices in other states are must apply for other positions in the area. Remaining call center employees, which is less than 60, are rumored to be transitioning to WFH but nothing has been made official to us. Trainers have been beefing up head count in Texas for the past three months.

ATS in St. Louis was given the ultimatum to leave last year. I declined and my last day on payroll was 12/13/24. Those who agreed to move were given a deadline of 6/30/25.

Two weeks before we declinees had our last day, they moved an entire union call center from the suburbs to the downtown STL office. So I think the building occupants are largely call center folks now.

It all depends on your leadership and how convinced are they in retaining people at these two non-hub locations. It is almost certain that there will be presence in these two locations though external hiring may or may not happen. I have noticed internal positions come up in Chicago locations in the last 6 months or so. They just don’t want to talk about these 2 non-hubs but presence will be there one way or the other.

@am there once was a time when students from higher echelon schools might consider T.. that was a long time ago before the many errors of past and current "leadership"

now? Unless you are gonna be a golden LDP with a VP mentor.. and can't lose.. nobody from a top school would be crazy enough to step in the t po-p show.

Stankey absolutely hates Chicago and St Louis. If you reside and work in these geographic areas, your days are numbered.

Where is talent going? I find it hard that Chicago or St.Louis has no talent. There are top schools here and top colleges there.
