Wondering about the NC merger of Carolina Complete Health and WellCare scheduled for Q12026. Any news of layoffs yet? I’m at CCH and we are already closing all open roles or just not filling them. Everyone is even more overworked than before.

I wish they would announce the structure already instead of dragging it out. It is nerve wrecking. At first everyone would have a job, now everyone may not.
@c9 I agree. It’s totally crazy. The merger is in just a few months and no one has even said how anything is going to be structured.
No news so far except the names for the new Senior Leadership team. I would imagine there will be cuts at some point given that both companies are essentially identical.
