I see a lot of developer jobs now posted on the Gainwell website, located in India. I hadn’t seen that before. (then I hadn’t looked recently.)

@kn OMG they also might get some sternly worded letters! Come back when something with real consequences happens.
Reality is that Gainwell is just going to continue to decline. It won’t be a fast decline but it will just keep losing business and facing lawsuits and investigations. The train has left the station. There is no way to stop it.
I really don’t know what everyone is arguing about. It’s obvious what is happening. All a person needs to do is pay attention. Gainwell is in some serious trouble.
Gainwell is well on the way to becoming an Indian company.

@f0 I love how there is always one person on here that is pro Gainwell. They try to talk everyone else into believing that it’s all good and that Gainwell can’t be taken down. And how the states just have no other options.

This should be of no surprise to anyone.
Gainwell is going to continue to get the labor the cheapest way possible. Cheap labor means less Americans.
Gainwell is going to continue to steal from the states. It’s all about money. And each day that goes by is closer to 2027 when their $5 Billion in debt comes due. They can’t afford to pay it.
Drastic times will call for drastic measures. As that die date gets closer things will get more desperate.
Might be a good time to leave.
