@wy I put up the email address.
I got out May 25 after emailing them every month for 12 months !
It was taking week to 10 days to get a reply (not the "We've received your request response")
12th attempt manager realised I didnt want to be there and authorised my release with a payoff.
Happy days !

@en I’ve already made my decision — I just haven’t formally resigned yet. Mentally, I’ve already stepped away from the role and don’t see myself being fully engaged to finish anything beyond the new year. I wonder if they'll offer the salary I’ve been requesting for the past five years. But I’ve made my plans, and any offer is now too little too late.

Don't wait just get out now. If they file chapter 11 all sevrenve will go out the window. Not worth waiting for anything. Leave now on your terms as soon as you can.

@d5 I honestly can’t see myself getting more work after DXC. This company has destroyed my skillset.

What do I do here? Not a lot.
What do I know? A lot about attending endless meetings.
What useful work have I done this year? Pretty much nothing.
The place is in a worse mess now than when I started.

They are doing layoffs constantly but not announce them. I was laid off this summer after waiting for years to get kicked out, I was on the edge of resigning myself but luckily finally I managed to get placed to the famous Orbit list and released. I enjoyed a couple of months off and I was lucky enough to land a meaningful and well paid job in the organization that does not su-k your soul with the straw directly through your nostriles

The company doesn’t even need to make an announcement — around 70% of the workforce already has a request in. The real objective seems to be making the job so soul-destroying that people simply give up and leave. In the meantime, it doesn’t really matter — you’re billed out to an endless cycle of status report meetings anyway. Engagement and results don’t count, because the clients keep paying regardless.
