I don’t know if it is general lack of maintenance in HOU150 or a decline in “you see, you own it” reporting, butI’m seeing sinks that won’t drain, toilets that won’t flush, and a tolerance of broken things that would make Goodwill blush. What gives?

Try submiting a ticket with building management in ServiceNow. If you cant find it in the labyrinth of ticketing forms, ask copilot or find the building management site. Some issues never get addressed, because Noone takes the time to submit a ticket or report it. Everyone's mindset is, thats someone else's job.
HOU150 was poorly constructed as Enron shot the rapids. HOU140 is a far superior building in almost every way.
The buildings really smell. Chevron used to have swagger and an image of excellence. How did we de-evolve so far so quickly??

We are focused on modernizing the workplace. Clean and functioning toilets are sooooo 1990s! Today we focus on employee experience with unassigned seating. That is the real game changer.
When morale falls apart, the bathrooms do too! Soon they will be like a Flying J in Arkansas!
