How many of yall actually answer truthfully? Do they really know who submits each survey?

@c1 I did the same thing every survey voicing my opinion in full since those August 2024 announcements (Jacksonville, Denver/Broomfield, and Accenture). This will be my last time to shine and I plan to go out with a blaze of glory!!!

I answer truthfully. Always positive about my manager but brutally honest about senior leadership
I answer honestly and I only have positive things to say about my manager and my up line. I love TIAA and the executives. I am staying at this company for the long haul and I don’t think there’s anything critical to say about TIAA. The leadership is trying their hardest and truly cares about us employees, they do right by us and it shows. Very happy here. Can’t stand all the negative Nancie’s around here
