Just curious.

Landscaping is more profitable than Futureshaping
@j0 no the intent is to have scammer scam from India, we don't need them here... and probably you will play d-mb and pretend this does not happen... here is the source
Now how many of these are working at Honeyewell? I have not seen them being smart, but for sure they are good at scamming our customers in US.
India fake degree scam sparks H-1B visa scrutiny in US
Major fraud uncovered: Police in India seized almost 100,000 counterfeit degrees from 28 universities, some linked to H-1B visa applications.
Political stakes rise: The scandal fuels bipartisan US debates on tightening H-1B oversight and reforming selection criteria.
Impact on applicants: Indian workers and students could face tougher verification and fewer visa opportunities if proposed US reforms advance.

Shaped a lot of H1B's, but that is about it. Flat growth, the results of that speak for themselves.
@ec museum. Make sure you varnish that rack every two years. Don’t sand it down in the factory as it can cause FOD
@gc so the true intent of the ask is to have Indians leave to make Honeywell non Indian? All Indians are slacking and taking jobs away?
@fm and judging by how many times I hear indians playing racist card in US, I wonder why they are staying here...
They shaped the company right into a breakup due to 15 years of zero market growth.
Big empty hole is also a shape.. right?
I always have liked the comment from someone here about Honeywell not hiring Future Shapers but Future Shavers. Probably still applicable.
@ff
India does have better food to be fair
@ef they sent to a better place, it is called India.
Leader shaped the future out of the company..
It's pretty hard to feel like a futureshaper as I search the web for floppy disks to support the 1980's aero factory test stands. Is this a technology company or a technology museum?
Hopefully will go away - the future Honeywell has shaped has been the offshoring of American jobs, the cheapening of products, delay after delay, and the cumulative clusterfrack that has drawn the ire of long term customers. The #futureshaper facade is crumbling and is the butt of jokes among customers, suppliers, and employees alike.
The only future shaping we are doing is creating new patents for Kool-Aid to serve
@bg while I agree that the bunch today are not future shaping, there was a time as recent as 5 years ago when Honeywell thinking, strategy (not execution) and aspirations was fascinating.
There have been numerous initiatives over the years that are pushed hard to start with and then just fade away. It’s no wonder a few of us old timers have grown cynical.
You could see the smarmy looks on the OLD FHers! One that says look how low I will go to save my sorry backside
I was generally impressed at some of the branding that HON did - Forge, Futureshaper, etc. - these are solid concepts that could be utilized for a lot of things.
I am even more impressed at how poorly they’ve been sustained after inception. It just goes to show how transactional of a culture HON has.
@ag for sure. Just wasn’t sure if it was shed. Always thought it was retodded that they didn’t either say “the future is what we shape (instead of make) it” or, if hellbent keeping “the future is what we make it,” saying futuremaker instead.
But yeah, lame either way. The least futuristic people I’ve ever worked with.
futureshaper was a d-mb term anyway
Right sure it will wink wink
