Does anyone else find it strange there is no HR dept to contact? Its all askhr. How do we even file a concern or complaint anonymously?

contact the ethics hotline.
If you look at some of the comments, it appears that your indian or pretending to be indian counterparts are making the comments and downvoting.
I look at it this way. areas that are majority indian controlled appear to be the problem children of the company and the most unstable. Truth
It’s funny how the Gainwell employees downvote those that pretty much tell the truth about the company.
Downvotes won’t save you or the company from its demise.
@k0 if the Titanic was a company.
@g7 I agree 100%. Anyone that’s stays employed by Gainwell is about to be part of a serious ship wreck.
Employees should be fleeing Gainwell in masses.
It is nothing but downhill from here.
HR is not in India. There’s a full HR team based in the US and there’s an HR business partner assigned to each team
I think leaving Gainwell is the best strategy.
Nothing good will come from staying employed at Gainwell Technologies.
@ec all this talk and could spend on working harder instead. May try that instead and metrics wont look bad. india managers most fair.
@bj If I quit, you will replace me with someone in India. Nice try. You will have to fire or WFR me in order to see me go.
Complaints are not anonymous there either. Make a complaint on a supervisor and they will know it is you regardless of whether you asked to be identified. Then they will lie on your performance review and get others involved cut. I'd just be trying to find something else and get out when as soon as I could.
a couple months ago the HR department was decapitated and decimated by gainwell. it's not just a suspicion, you not seeing who to contact or talk seems to be on purpose.
all support groups in Gainwell are at risk, nobody is safe at this point.
Get away from this company. Far away. They are going down. I have been warning about this for months. It is happening. You need to get out.
Pretty sure HR is in India, good luck with that.
I don't think they want anonymous. HR is there solely to protect the company, not you. There may be a whistleblower line. In some companies, HR is truely evil. You will only see them when you're hired or fired, never in between.
