Update re ERP exit dates - lay-offs/RIFs/off-shore?

Was told to expect exit date after 1/1/26. What is going on? Did anybody get earlier exit date? Any update on lay-offs/RIFs/off-shore? What a mess.

As one who took the ERP just a word of advise if you use One@work or Finfit, they shut it down the day before your exit date. So get the money while you can, because it is all gone the day before. I have heard from a few that didn't take the Erp and was let go. I was out on 11/21. On and don't expect the bonus on your 1st severance check more like the 2nd severance check. Just saying budget wisely.

@ec all the CM’s I know and the 6 of us on my immediate team were given 3/27/26 except for 1 of us and she got 9/26/25! We were told last week💔

@ap and I think there were CM’s that’s maybe weren’t meeting metrics or were in coaching!!! Didn’t want end of years numbers messed up or first qtr! Those staying til 3/27 do you feel like you have a bullseye on your back? #su-ksa$$

@s0 I disagree it was not worded that way on our initial email which was sept to nov or subsequent email and also misleading to ask us our preferred term date from sept to nov for choices.

I love all the SVPs and VP that took at and exit dates in march so they can hit that nice bonus again.

@fy it wasn't fine print, it was very clear: the exit dates were anywhere from September until March.
The thing is that they were supposed to tell us in September and then decided to postpone it to October.

If you read the fine print on Go/erp Q&A pages it says they can choose to hold our exit date until 3/29/26

If this is accurate then it's not cool. But it wouldn't surprise me. They seem to have no plan for those leaving under ERP, no transition plan has been communicated.

Anyone willing to share a hint of where you are hearing any January 2026 dates? Or what departments? We were told that the leaders won't even know until early October. If this is bs to provoke fear, have a heart, we don't need any more misery.

My RIF date is 11/17. Su-ks they are holding ERP hostage while involuntary RIF associates are being shoved out the door.

I requested 9/26 and was approved by leadership but have been told exit date is 01/30/26. No real explanation. I feel like we are being held hostage at this point.

I know quite a few people with exit dates of 9/26. Clinical ops shared services and Medicare markets.
