A simple order is seriously taking 30min and they still mess it up. I don't recognize any of the usual representatives lately either, which is unfortunate because they actually did their job right and did it well.

They are overwhelmed with calls from mop and post discharges. They all sound miserable.
@dz - I can imagine! Sure hope they improve things there. My only guess is the good people left and now there's a bunch of new employees with minimal training etc.
It’s funny you post about Centerwell. I literally just got off the phone with Centerwell Pharmacy ordering my refill, and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!
