Today’s RIF was HUGE for WellMed. It was much more vast than anticipated.
All positions and departments were impacted. It’s a very sad day overall. Wellmed lost most of its DataRaps workforce (clinical coding nurse consultants) - anyone remaining will
likely have huge changes to their role / position in 2026. Risk Adjustment care models; the way we’ve known it to be for a decade or two is gone forever.
