Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

The Effects of AI on the U.S. economy.

AI does (not) -

Pay Tax revenues.

On the (exponentially rising) U.S. National debt of $38.0 Trillion whereby U.S. taxpayers pay approximately ($969.3 Billion in Interest a year) to outside Investors (almost a Trillion a year) that are both U.S. based, and foreign like Japan; and China; for example.

AI won't replace (anything) that is (not) computer driven.

CEO Elon Musk recently made a (Very incompetant) statement that it would replace (all) jobs.

It won't, but it will replace a lot of entry-level white collar jobs; and a lot of manufacturing; though.

@OP Good! Long overdue. Today's college graduates need to learn we must sla-ghter a cow to get a steak. It just doesn't happen.

So here's your SF. AI to take jobs after premiums skyrocket. Now that's really going to generate more policyholders and shows how their good neighbor brand is a bunch of BS!

@dh That pension wasn't given to you by a neighbor. You worked for it. They didn;t give you anything.

For those that (may) not understand (yet) -

The Majority of manufacturing has moved towards Automation (RPA - Robotic Process Automation) over time (Globally) and has been for awhile.

The next evolution (and it is already happening) is to replace humans with AI driven robots which many Corporations are (currently developing) including Tesla.

Especially in (non) computer-driven jobs like manufacturing.

The (only) safe jobs are going to be (non) computer-driven jobs because AI will (not) be able to replace them.

Again, AI does (not) pay Tax revenues; which means (something) has to give in the future - 100% guaranteed.
