Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

L3 Harris infested with Russian spies

It looks like the FBI caught a manager at L3 Harris selling secrets to a Russian broker. This is one reason why there’s layoffs, some people at the company can’t keep secrets because they are overwhelmed by greed.
They didn’t catch everyone yet, and it is still an ongoing investigation. Maybe if the FBI catches everyone there won’t be any need for more layoffs in that section as it will be reduced enough.
The whole company needs a complete government security review.

Do a security review of everybody. Find the bad actors and get rid of them, might not have to lay off the people that are trying to just do their jobs. What a novel idea, why is it Upper management is so bad they can’t figure this out on their own. Maybe start at the top and work your way down through upper management, middle management, lower management and the individual contributors.

@an they used to do those fire drills in Clifton years ago. At least once a month. And it worked. People were caught, charged, prosecuted and jailed. I remember the FBI coming in and taking computers out. But, the previous administration and its policies toward hiring people put an end to that practice. Some departments were downgraded to the point where a security clearance was not needed to work there. This enabled the company to hire more foreign born people. The company created this problem themselves. They should take the word trusted out of trusted disruptor and just call themselves disruptors.

@OP, back in the days, (early 2000s) they would have fake fire drills and then security would search everyone’s office while you’re out in the parking lot. Maybe that needs to start again.
