We are all contributors to the Nature of the beast. We have enjoyed the benefits of working with a tech giant for many years. Did u save up or take advantage of the benefits provided? It seems the more surprised or hurt you are, equate to the less you prepared or achieved, doesnt apply to everyone. This is corporate America, why are you surprised????
We are all blessed to have been given the opportunity to have been a part of it . Use the experience and tactics used to function within to prosper with a new opportunity.

@ck I’ve been selling at market open. Kind of annoying that the shares trickle in the way they do, as the stock price falls. Then there’s the wash sale stupidity at tax time.

@ck A good question. How much downward pressure would people unloading their vested RSUs generate? Will O be able to pull off more smoke and mirrors when the next quarter is released in December?

So what are people doing with this batch? Holding or selling? Stock price not looking good (figures that happens now). Possibly downward pressure from employees selling? Anyone think it ever see $300 again? Or is the company finished?

Of course the unvested RSUs were cancelled, but the ones vested on 9/20/2025 are being distributed, didn't expect anything else.

Yep -- the unvested ones were cancelled this morning (as expected). The ones I expected to get (including ones that vested on 9/20/2025) have been properly credited to my account.

That's how it works. What's the question?

If the question is - Why didn't they give me everything they promised?
The answer - Because you no longer work there and you're not that important to make an exception.

Yep as of this morning - cancelled. Thankfully I had lots and lots of ones that vested this year. ORCL stock has been very good to me, the company not so much.
