Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Monthly meetings we once have havemnt had one in months.

So our claims team hasn't had our monthly team meeting with our director in the last 3 months..all he did was talk the #'s of the dept and bits of info and give people there anniversary props who had one. then we would a a Q&A...he was so prompt about this but its changed over the last few months...has anyone had anything similar with thier depts over the last few months also??

@cj Agree how comical and insulting it is for all of the health insurance corporations thinking that the employees do not have a clue as to what is occurring. Especially in terms of outsourcing and AI hype that is hardly producing anything except for very large bills to corporations, which is causing layoffs of extremely good workers with decades of health insurance acumen.

I am in claims ops and we haven't had a meeting with our director in months may be even over a year it's been that long I can't remember. Our manager has been online but MIA and completely disengaged from our team since the end of last year. 1x1s are a joke IF you even have one. Mine all have been removed from my calendar. We are working multiple states under the guise of "burndown" projects which translates to we want as much done by the end of June so we can layoff, automate and offshore what little is left. I find it interesting how the company thinks being remote means we don't see what is going on - but we do.
