OP, you are obviously clueless to the condition of the job market. The people who would be able to quit and find a new job quickly are already safe and well compensated by Cisco. Everyone else is going to try and hold onto the jobs they have as long as possible. The job market is brutal for the majority of people.
They sure do. All the LR people will be just fine since there's a $2,000 tariff check coming, a $5,000 DOGE check, 10% APR on credit cards, $2 gas, and medications that are gonna be 500% cheaper.
Vote for the party that is more aligned against outsourcing of jobs and scamming US citizens from their jobs and livelihood.
Form an employee union.
Stop the crony-capitalism.
Stop countries from dumping their products into USA. Don’t trade with countries who blatantly steal IP and compete with us.
