You can choose between working with a company that is growing and one that is failing. Which one will be more stressful? Which one will offer better raises?

There is no benefit to going down with the ship. (Assuming you have the choice.)

Every company has certain toxicity. If you think Fiserv is bad (it is, I am not trying to sugar coat it), look at Meta. People at Meta need a good psychiatrist recommendation

LEAVE. The only reason I come back and check here periodically is to confirm I indeed make the right choice. I’m so glad to be gone, it truly healed my anxiety.
