I left SF about a month ago but stayed in the industry. I learned that SF was 10x more toxic than I thought… They underpay you, trap you in roles that make it harder to be competitive outside the company, and ruin your physical and mental health.
Senior leadership at SF has turned into a complete joke. I no longer feel embarrassed when asked where I work.
I hope you all actually take the leap and rebuild your lives by leaving that he-l hole.

They will find a way to steal your crops, eggs, chickens, property, skills and anything else they can get their hands on. They always have..... history always repeats itself.
@c1 what do they have when that money isn't worth sh*t?
@ca very true!
The quicker people realize SF is a scam the better your mental health will be. It's so funny to see all these Kool Aid drinking DEI hires think they are leaders and making an impact. Living their dream....LOL! So clueless and the only thing they know about leadership is what someone tells them or they read in a book. They all check the box and do not have an original thought in their head. Sad place, Our society and SF and every other company is going to pay a heavy heavy toll. Within the next decade or so the United States experiment will become just a sad note in history. People have no clue, just no clue.
@by this is fact. They hold that 150 billion in reserves. They don’t care if 90% of our customers walk. Those reserves will pay the execs salaries and their children’s salaries when that move up into exec roles
2040 workforce is paying huge dividends! What people really don't understand is State Farm is just a big bank, their only goal is just to hold a lot of money that is it. Insurance is the mechanism they use to get the money but it is just a big money holding company that the Executives skim off millions to line their pockets. They don't give a sh-t about the customer, world class or any thing else they pump out to these lemming DEI hire and leadership that they are layering throughout SF to protect themselves and give the illusion of caring. Evil, greed, just sc-m of the earth people! Go advise OP, leave and get out to that toxic place. Place is pure trash...
You can’t fix a culture that worships feelings and rejects reality. — Charlie Kirk
Insurance is legalized extrtion, gangster, and a ponzi scheme. SF does not care about anyone except that there money machine keeps bringing in money. They produce absolutely nothing of value, force people to believe they do, and create process that makes them appear valuable. It is great the power is going back into the hands of the consumer to make decisions where the money goes instead of the government pumping more of our hard earned cash on top of premium we pay. Once that happens, these big agents, VPOs, VPAs, consultants, and executives will be welcomed into the average man's world of reality. It's coming. Just watch.
