@bz agreed, but how else would Senior Managers and VPs keep the people they left their spouses for on their teams?

They hold all the cards and lie to us with bold poker faces. OF COURSE it’s a conflict of interest. Chevron should not be trusted by anyone. MW has single-handedly destroyed what once was a wonderful company to work for. After this round of layoffs nobody will trust or respect leadership.
